    ABF spacious rooms, enough parking space per room Nan city center location You can walk to Wat Phumin in front of the hotel. There are 7/11 on the same side, no need to cross the road. Standard breakfast is not buffet style. Welcome staff will have to choose the menu at the front before arrival. Who wants a massage but is lazy to drive to find a shop, the school also has a service to call a masseuse to come to the room. The owner is cute and friendly. Overall very impressed

    Large rooms, good service, a nice atmospheric conversion, a generous breakfast and the hotel is in a good location. All good! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.
    Reception struggled a bit with English but not so that it was an issue, just something to be aware of when communicating.

    Used to be an abandoned tobacco fermentation house but was removed to make way for the market and hotel. The owner kept the original bricks along with usable material from the old building to make the hotel. The hotel is tastefully decorate in industrial loft style. Beds and pillows are comfy and good amenities provided. The location cannot be better, next to the otop market and a short walk to many attractions such as Wat Phumin, Wat Ming Muang and national meuseum.

    Industrial style hotel. Built by used bricks from tobacco factories. Great location lies inside inner city of Nan.
